Everyone needs to bring their own water bottle
Students get dropped off at the Main Entrance and picked up at the back door once the virtual pick up form has been fill out each week, the link will be sent out before your first class each session and you use the same link each week.
Girls
Wear a leotard of any color, please no skirts or dresses
Elastic waist shorts are also allowed
Long hair must be tied back securely off face and neck
No jewelry or watches
Boys
Elastic waist shorts and a T shirt required
