Welcome To Our 41st Season!
Our competitive teams practice year round, beginning with mandatory summer and fall pre season training geared toward skill mastery and routine development. The kids begin competing in November and work towards State, Regional and National Competitions thru May.
The Spring is for learning new skills for the next season and they also participate in our annual Spring Show where they always inspire our younger students! These are our most talented, hardest working, dedicated kids. We are very proud of our teams, they have a reputation for always being strong competitively as well as having wonderful sportsmanship.
Our Hot Shots team is made up of exceptional 4.5-7 year olds who show great potential for the sport of gymnastics. We work towards perfecting their basic skills in preparation for their Pre Team training. This is a fun and fast paced class that is meant to increase skill level & excitement for the wonderful sport of gymnastics!
Hot Shots need to be energetic, strong, flexible and fearless!
Team members work out once a week during the school year & train for 2-3 weeks during the summer.

For the most talented and motivated 7-9 year olds this program introduces the USAG Jr. Olympic program. Strength and flexibility training are stressed along with skill and routine development. Pre Team members learn the value of dedication, hard work, and the excitement and pure joy of mastering a difficult skill for the first time. "I did it!" is echoed throughout practices all the time, and it never gets old! The wonderful journey of competitive gymnastics begins right here!
