USAG Xcel Girls Teams
Welcome to our 36th Competitive Season!!!
Our team practices are progressive, with summer camp and the first 2 months being geared toward skill and routine development. The kids compete from November through March either just for fun, for qualification to States and hopefully even Regionals! The spring is for learning new skills for the next season. Team members are required to attend summer camp and the full school year to receive the full benefits of the program.
