Elizabeth has spent a lifetime in the sport of gymnastics. Starting as a child and culminating as an All American Member of the 2 time NCAA National Team Champions at the University of Denver, where she got her BA in physical education.
Coaching has long been the focus for Elizabeth.

Founded East Bay Gymnastics in 1984
R.I. State Chairman of the USAG Women's Program Committee, 5 years
USAG Region 6 Governing Board- Voting Member 5 years
NAWGJ Women's Judging Official - 10 years
Recipient of 1992 State Service award for volunteer service to the gymnastics community
Mt. Hope HS Varsity Gymnastics Coach, 7 years - 2000 State Team Champions
